We were so excited to be making a trip to Brazil this year!  This was Mari's first time to make the trip so we were ready for all the excitement that traveling with two kiddos would be.  The trip over was pretty easy for the most part and actually seemed relatively fast!  We only had a 1 hour lay over and our flight was delayed, but we did make it!  Let's just say there was a lot of running and praying, but they held the flight for us, and we were SO thankful! :-)  

Lucas' dad picked us up from the airport and we headed straight to the beach!  Woohoo!  

We arrived on Lara's 4th birthday so Bete and Luiza had prepared a whole party for Lara!  We had so much fun getting to celebrate her and the girls enjoyed getting to see several of their cousins for the party!
