Marcos and Bete rented us a GREAT little apartment by the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach and then be able to come back up so the girls could nap in the afternoon. This kept us from getting too much sun too! ;-)

| I had told Lara that "Doggie" this gigantic dog could not make the trip to Brazil with us since he was so big. There were MANY tears over this, but I managed to sneak him into our carseat bag and surprise her when we got off the plane. Let's just say she was pretty excited ;-) Love these pictures of Lara and her Vovo! |
